okay this new browser is kinda weird. but i guess its okay.
i guess you are probably reading this in the new browser in the community messages thingy on your account, so i will need to make this journal long SO YOU CAN GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO READ IT!

anywhom, i dont like the browser specifically because of the fact that a lot of people just used to see things and fave them without commenting on them.(popular artists hate it, i've heard it been called the"fave and run" technique. I know, i've done it i'm ashamed of it ) then DA introduced the collect option, not fixing the fave and run problem, BUT MAKING IT WORSE! because of this "ingenius invention" people didnt even have to get of their lazy asses and click on the link to fave it, all they had to do was to drag it to their favorites. now i'm all for the folders you can categorize your favorites with, but i think that you should have to visit that person's deviation to then collect or fave it or whatever. (i'm not sure if someone gets a pageview if their work is collected, so correct me if i'm wrong) but wouldn't it be weird if someone had a deviation with 31 views and 400 favorites! now with deviantart's new browser you can see deviations and journals and stuff, right in your community message thing!

well, which is actually pretty cool and all but.....


it still doesnt solve the fave and run problem.
it makes it worse.

this is actually pretty awesome for me because it lets me be lazier BUT THATS NOT THE POINT!
